2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute platform content. You may not use the service in ways that damage or disrupt its operation.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed through PayPal. Billing terms are presented at checkout. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

TalkViet is provided as-is. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
